Personal data provided by users who make use of the services offered by Full Service Europe S.r.l. (e.g. by browsing the site, filling in forms for various requests) is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance.
Access to some services via the website www.fullserviceurope.it may require the optional and voluntary entry of certain identifying data necessary to provide the service.
2. Legal basis for processing personal data
The legal basis for the processing is the informed consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Where further processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, the legal basis for the processing will be Art. 6(1)(b) and, where applicable, (c) GDPR. This also applies where processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual steps. To the extent that processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR is the legal basis for the processing.
3. Methods and security of processing
Personal data is processed using IT tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, and in any case in compliance with the appropriate security measures required by Art. 32 GDPR, and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, always providing for an annual review of the data retained in order to delete data deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for archiving obligations.
Data processing normally takes place at the company's registered office, carried out by staff or external collaborators duly appointed as data processors.
